we love you Megan

Megan, you came for such a little time. I knew from the moment that I touched you; you were only borrowed. We couldn't keep you.

But in the 9 weeks of your life, you changed me. You made me more of a human than I ever thought I would have been. I never stop missing you. I think about you every day. I am trying to be as brave as you were. But sometimes, Meggie, mommy needs a little help.

Could you smile on me every now and then with a rainbow. I hope you know how much knowing you meant to me.

You were my Rosebud Angel.

Love you
Mommy

this candle burns for you

Why God Takes Children

When God calls little children
to dwell with Him above,
We mortals sometimes question
the wisdom of His love.

For no heartache compares with,
the death of one small child.
Who does so much to make our world,
seem so wonderful and mild.

Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged to His fold.
So He picks a rosebud
before it can grow old.

God knows how much we need them,
and so He takes but few.
To make the land of heaven
more beautiful to view.

Believing this is difficult
still somehow we must try.
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be Good-bye.

So when a little child departs,
we who are left behind,
Must realize God loves children.
ANGELS ARE HARD TO FIND!
